By accessing or using the Website or interacting with us (including via phone/WhatsApp/email), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Nature of Services (No Medical Advice)

We are a care-navigation and coordination platform that helps users discover and connect with hospitals, clinicians, and related medical services in India. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor–patient relationship is created through the Website or our communications. All medical decisions must be made by you and your qualified healthcare professionals.

3) Eligibility & Appropriate Use

  • By using the Website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or using the Website under a parent/guardian’s supervision).
  • The Website is not intended for emergencies. If you need urgent care, call your local emergency number immediately.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with us.

4) Information & Content on the Website

5) Appointments, Travel & Payments

  • Visas/permits/insurance: You are responsible for obtaining travel documents and medical/travel insurance as needed.
  • Rescheduling/cancellations: Any reschedule, deposit rules, refunds, or cancellations are subject to the provider’s policy. We are not liable for costs due to changes, delays, or cancellations by you, the provider, or third parties (e.g., airlines, embassies).

Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Website or services shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the total fees (if any) paid by you to ArogyaJivan in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArogyaJivan, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Website or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labour disputes, epidemics, governmental actions, internet/service outages, or utility failures.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or services at any time (with or without notice) if we believe you have violated these Terms, the law, or our policies, or to protect users, partners, or the integrity of our systems.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the section below (if arbitration is used), the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

[Optional – Arbitration] Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. The proceedings shall be in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek interim/injunctive relief from a court to protect rights pending arbitration.
