We exist to make high-quality healthcare in India easier to understand and access. We do this by curating transparent information,
enabling informed decisions, and coordinating care with reputable hospitals and specialists.
What We Do
- Curate hospital and doctor profiles with training, experience, procedures performed, and focus areas.
- Explain procedures in plain language, with references, risks, expected recovery, and alternatives.
- Offer indicative cost ranges and inclusions/exclusions based on typical hospital packages.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, documentation guidance, and itinerary coordination.
- Provide case-handling support (non-clinical) before admission and after discharge.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment; your treating clinicians make medical decisions.
- We do not replace emergency services. In case of emergency, call local emergency numbers immediately.
- We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, visa decisions, or insurance approvals.
How We Work (Patient Journey)
- Inquiry: Share your case summary, existing reports, and preferences (city, timelines, budget).
- Shortlisting: We identify suitable hospitals/doctors based on specialty, case complexity, and availability.
- Clinical Fit: Your treating doctor reviews reports and proposes the next diagnostic or treatment steps.
- Estimate & Plan: Receive an indicative cost range, length of stay, and pre-admission requirements.
- Coordination: Appointment scheduling, admission facilitation, and non-clinical logistics support.
- Aftercare: Discharge summary collection, follow-up scheduling, and general guidance post-procedure.
How We Select Hospitals & Doctors
We continuously review providers against criteria such as:
- Accreditations (e.g., NABH, JCI), infrastructure, and infection-control practices.
- Team experience, volumes for the specific procedure, and availability of ICU/advanced support.
- Transparent pricing practices and clarity of package inclusions/exclusions.
- Patient feedback patterns and escalation responsiveness.
Providers may change over time; we update our panels as data evolves.
